Cancellation & Refund Policy

La La Land Cleaning is a DBA of Ascend Cleaning.

You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee to cover both our time and the cleaner’s reserved time.

We stand by our satisfaction guarantee as outlined in our cleaning checklist. However, refund requests for services not included in the booked service will not be honored. Any service-related dispute must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment; after this period, we cannot accept responsibility due to the passage of time and the inability to determine the root cause.

A $150 cancellation fee will apply if a customer cancels before completing their third routine cleaning after redeeming the 50% off first-time deep clean promotion.

If there is a dispute, we must be notified and given the opportunity to schedule corrective action within 48 hours of service completion. Failure to do so will void eligibility for a reclean or refund, as responsibility cannot be determined after this time lapse.
