FAQ
Clear answers about occupied homes, pre-listing timing, add-ons, access, scope, and pricing inputs.
What is included in estate cleaning services?
The final written scope controls what is included. A residential estate clean may cover reachable dusting, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, fixtures, mirrors, cabinet fronts, doors, baseboards, and floors. Home size, condition, delicate finishes, access, and the reason for the visit can change the plan.
Is estate cleaning the same as an estate cleanout?
No. Estate cleaning focuses on cleaning residential rooms and surfaces. An estate cleanout usually involves sorting, hauling, donating, moving, or disposing of belongings. La La Land Cleaning does not present residential cleaning as junk removal or cleanout service.
Can you clean an occupied estate in Los Angeles?
An occupied home can be quoted when the address, household schedule, rooms, condition, access plan, and priorities are clear. Identify private rooms, pets, household staff, alarms, fragile items, and any surfaces with special care instructions before the visit.
Can estate cleaning be scheduled before photos or a home listing?
Yes, a one-time residential clean can be planned around staging, photography, showings, or a property handoff when availability and scope are confirmed. Finish repairs and other dust-producing work first, then leave time for a walkthrough before the deadline.
Are windows, appliance interiors, and cabinet interiors included?
Not automatically. Interior window or household-glass cleaning, inside-appliance cleaning, and inside-cabinet cleaning are add-ons. Request them before the quote so the planned time and scope reflect the actual work.
How much does estate cleaning cost in Los Angeles?
La La Land Cleaning does not publish one flat estate-cleaning price. The quote depends on square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, current condition, requested depth, access, number of distinct spaces, and selected add-ons.
Do I need to be at the property during the clean?
Not necessarily. An unattended visit needs reliable entry, alarm and lock-up instructions, an authorized contact, the written scope, and a way to reach the property decision-maker. Confirm those details before cleaning day.
